BAST — Berita Acara Serah Terima Management System.

A centralized workspace for managing handover documents, administrative data, document status, and day-to-day system activity.

The reconstruction went beyond visual changes. I revisited how a BAST document moves through the system, how its current state determines available actions, and how administrative information should remain connected throughout the entire process. The rebuilt workflow follows each document from Draft to Finalized, Completed, and Archived, while still supporting exceptional states such as Cancelled and Reopened.

Each interface represents a different stage of the same administrative workflow, from creating and reviewing records to document output, history, and management.

Revisiting BAST made the difference between my 2024 and 2026 development approach visible. The rebuild placed greater emphasis on application structure, responsive behavior, interface consistency, maintainability, and how individual features contribute to the complete workflow. What changed was not only the application itself, but the way I think about building digital products.
