BAST — Berita Acara Serah Terima Management System.
BAST is a full-stack web application for managing Berita Acara Serah Terima documents and related administrative data. Originally developed during my internship at Diskominfo Kabupaten Cianjur in 2024, the project was reconstructed in 2026 with a cleaner interface, responsive experience, and improved workflow to better reflect my current development skills.
A digital workflow for handover administration.
BAST is a full-stack web application designed to manage Berita Acara Serah Terima documents and related administrative data through a structured digital workflow. The project began during my internship at Diskominfo Kabupaten Cianjur in 2024. When I revisited it in 2026, I chose to rebuild the application from the ground up—not simply to modernize its appearance, but to rethink how I would approach the same product with the experience I have today.
The first version proved I could build it. The rebuild shows how I build today.
Built around the complete document workflow.
A centralized workspace for managing handover documents, administrative data, document status, and day-to-day system activity.

Rebuilding the workflow, not just the interface.
The reconstruction went beyond visual changes. I revisited how a BAST document moves through the system, how its current state determines available actions, and how administrative information should remain connected throughout the entire process. The rebuilt workflow follows each document from Draft to Finalized, Completed, and Archived, while still supporting exceptional states such as Cancelled and Reopened.
One workflow, across every stage.
Each interface represents a different stage of the same administrative workflow, from creating and reviewing records to document output, history, and management.

Built around a real administrative workflow.
A compact view of the project's evolution, access model, and document lifecycle.

Same project. A different way of building.
Revisiting BAST made the difference between my 2024 and 2026 development approach visible. The rebuild placed greater emphasis on application structure, responsive behavior, interface consistency, maintainability, and how individual features contribute to the complete workflow. What changed was not only the application itself, but the way I think about building digital products.
Same purpose. Better execution.
BAST still serves the same purpose as the application I first created in 2024. What changed is the clarity, structure, experience, and intention behind how it was built.
