A digital workflow for handover administration.
BAST is a full-stack web application designed to manage Berita Acara Serah Terima documents and the administrative data connected to them.
The system brings document creation, record management, status tracking, history, and day-to-day administrative actions into one structured workflow so each handover can be managed from a clear operational context.

BAST treats each document as part of an administrative lifecycle rather than as a standalone file. Its current state determines which actions are relevant while keeping the related information connected throughout the process.
The workflow covers Draft, Finalized, Completed, and Archived documents while still supporting exceptional conditions such as Cancelled and Reopened when the administrative process requires them.

06 / SYSTEM DESIGN
The interface follows the work behind the document.
The main design challenge was translating an administrative process into an interface that stays understandable as records move between states and responsibilities.
That meant keeping document status visible, connecting related administrative information, making available actions predictable, and maintaining consistency across desktop and smaller screens. The result is a workflow that prioritizes clarity over unnecessary interface complexity.
